I went to see Joanne because I had been in pain in my back and hip for many years and had also been
diagnosed with Osteoporosis. I was advised to do standing work and resistance training. The exercises I had been advised to do felt boring and mundane, and nothing inspired me to do them, so I was pretty much going through the motions. When I went to see Jo it was like a breathe of fresh air, and immediately I felt hopeful. I felt so inspired by Jo and loved her infectious personality; I just couldn’t wait to get started. Joannes' approach to movement is not all about the exercise but about me the person in front of her. It is fun and I have achieved stuff that I thought I had lost, including my first "Tough Muddier’ and it was tough.
