JOANNE GROVES
Jo is an educator, author, personal and group exercise trainer. She has presented around the globe on behalf of Faster Health and Fitness. Currently she is author and education director for Faster Group Specialists and co-author on a research and communication course called the Three C’s of Success. Joanne is known for her contagious enthusiasm, her ability to to have fun, while helping you to facilitate strategies to ensure you achieve your goals, giving you what you want, how you want it!

SIAN REECE
Sian is a certified fitness professional who has been mentored 1-1 by Faster Master Trainer, Joanne Groves and specialises in weight loss. Sian trained as a professional actor, and believes those skills are what make her unique as a fitness professional. She is quick to adapt, able to communicate effectively and uses her creativity to further help her clients succeed in reaching their goals. Sian is keen to be YOUR Personal Trainer; connecting to the heart of what makes you you!
